Some additional notes below;
The 630,000 is indeed their limit by law, and as was relayed, (244,000 by close 2019) is not going to happen, nor even close.
As stated, per AGR and adult use bill sponsors commissioned reports, the entire state is 259,000 sq. ft.
Site addresses are public knowledge. A serious investor could pay a PI $1,000 to pay all 3 a visit, do measurements, send a drone up.
This is the Joliet facility. about 35,000 sq. ft. more or less.
That is facility footprint. That includes (as do all their sites) office, storage, extraction, packaging, staff, dock, then finally actually cultivation, which is both vegetative and then finally, flowering canopy. Care to take a guess what flowering canopy is? Ever been there? (I have ;)
This is their Lincoln site 8,000 sq. ft. of greenhouse which sat that was for many years while the IL dispensaries can't fill orders from cultivators. (Again....people can call any dispensary in IL and ask. Grab a phone book. Do your research)
The Lincoln is being built out currently from my understanding though. I'm sure they'll have product ready to go maybe......5/7 months after the adult use launch.
Care to take a guess what portion of that 35-(38k?) is actual flowering canopy? Not a lot my friend.
"Drilling"?
Drilling isn't relaying material from PR's. Drilling is actually what is the truth.
Regardless, I care little, I'm making people aware (as they should be). I love it as a trade, think enormous potential many years into future, but people should know exactly what (and who) they are dealing with.
They had years to build out in one of the most attractive emerging medical markets and currently the 2nd largest adult use market in the nation, did not, and while they began fairly solid with organic growth (permits for pennies) ended up paying multiples for things they were creating in house state by state.
The IL operators are pure fluff. Spent far too much time on the ground there (IL med program, cultivators, etc) and lived it firsthand. I can't even count the times asking various cultivation ownership why they sat on hands doing nothing when adult use on the way, the medical program growing rapidly.....(Myself and team building out one of the 20 cultivators)
Good luck to all. Play it wise, make money....but always keep in mind the truth.
All I'm sayin is know what your playin ;).
It's too personal to be business.
